Mailbox: Busses will burn – pure Democracy is only solution to corruption.

From Biznews community member Frederick Liebenberg

The way out of the woods is not going forward while eating the crumbs, we need a leader to lead the way. Zuma wants (and is) installing his cronies (take a bribe and keep doing what I tell you).

Problem is the end result is a revolution (when your own turn against you). They will not vote for somebody else, they have no faith in the ANC promises but have huge discontent (to put it mildly) with you disregarding their democratic rights (wishes). Look what happened in Tshwane. On the other end of the scale look at Ekurhuleni, they are really getting their act together. Best water quality in the country, service center that delivers.

Transparent municipal management. Please do not put a Zuma crony in for Mayor, this Country will burn.

Yes our mayor is ANC, but that is fine, he delivers. It is true that a lot more needs to be done. Our West street houses more Nigerian drug dealers than anywhere in Nigeria.

My message is: ANC can do the job but not with corrupt leadership, starting with Zuma.

In Richard 3rd I quote “Lead us to it pell-mell, if not to heaven then hand in hand to hell”. (pell-mell means vigorously)

If you elect somebody and he/she ignores your democratic wishes (what the majority wants) until next election (new promises) or even worse the member you want to elect (vote for) is displaced by a crony from the corrupt president, then you have South African elections. The busses will burn! There is no solution for corruption other than pure democracy. Do what we want and or do what you promised. You being the one WE nominated.
