Arrowhead Properties has released its interim results. The company, established through an unbundling of a portfolio of 98 properties from Redefine Properties, has a current market cap of, R2.32bn, and is trading down 6.13% down on the year.
Here are the highlights from the release:
- Distribution of 32,38 cents (2013-28,04 cents) for the quarter ended 31 March 2014 per combined A and B linked unit, growth equivalent to 15,48% quarter on quarter and distribution of 62,58 cents (2013–55,14 cents) for the six months ended 31 March 2014 per combined A and B linked unit, equivalent to growth of 13,49 % six months on six months.
- Core property growth of 6,94% for the six months ended 31 March 2014 compared to the six months ended 31 March 2013.
- Assets increased from R3, 1 billion at 30 September 2013 to R4,6 billion at 31 March 2014 and market capitalisation increased from R2,8 billion to R4,4 billion.
