Q: How do I reset my password?

Q: How do I update my credit card?

Please login to Premium, and then go to Your Account, and follow the instructions below…

First, open the user account menu and click “Subscriptions”:

Then, click “Update” in the far right column in this table:

Finally, type in your new credit card details in this form, and click “Submit”:

Q: How do I re-subscribe if my subscription has ended or expired?

Please Login to Premium, and then go to Your Account, and then click on the “Change Plan” button.

You will then be prompted to select the plan you want, so simply follow the process as to find a plan that works for you.

Q: How do I pause my subscription?

Please Login to Premium, and then go to Your Account Subscriptions, and follow the instructions in the video below…

If you’d like to cancel your membership, instead of pausing, please contact us.

Q: I am not receiving the newsletters.  What can I do?

Please check that the emails are not appearing in your spam folder. Please note or email addresses may sometimes have difficulty given the over-zealous filtering of their servers, and we highly recommend using a address instead.
