Ascendis Health founders model their partnership on Berkshire Hathaway duo

Low profile business builders and investors Gary Shayne and Cris Dillon were back at the Berkshire Hathaway AGM this year after attending for the first time in 2011. They have had their heads down at their business Coast-2-Coast, generating an 80% annual return on capital.  The guys behind Ascendis Health have laid out a 30 year road map for their operation and they identified a great deal with what the Buffett/Munger duo shared with 35 000 pilgrims in Omaha. Including Warren’s point that in almost 50 years he and Charlie have never had an argument – they only argue with other people. – AH
