Zupta money laundering back in UK Parly focus

By Alec Hogg

Spent yesterday, the fourth anniversary of Madiba’s passing, in appropriate surroundings – listening to uplifting stories by members of the SA-UK Trust Network in South Africa House on London’s Trafalgar Square.

Their talks ranged from a Durban-based Brit transforming street kids into world class surfers; through to how a casual dinner conversation led to the creation of a record breaking NGO called 67 Blankets for Nelson Mandela Day.

My contribution, a half hour talk entitled Dawn After The Darkness, will be on Biznews later today. Among those receiving an honourable mention is anti apartheid icon turned UK lawmaker Lord Peter Hain who has done so much to focus global attention on Zupta corruption.

Hain will be upping the ante once more in the House of Lords this afternoon. Last time he took the floor, his speech hit the global news headlines. Hope springs.
