Bank collusion settlement: Citigroup pays $5.4m, makes witnesses available
Citigroup Inc. agreed to pay a penalty of almost R70 million ($5.4 million) to settle a South African antitrust investigation that said the U.S. bank participated in an alleged cartel to manipulate the value of the rand.
