Investec Asset Management announced the appointment of Duane Cable to its global Quality team, led by Clyde Rossouw and Simon Brazier. Given the recent market experience, investors are increasingly focusing their attention on the role that defensive strategies can play within their portfolios. With Duane’s experience and track record in this space we are confident that he will help us build on the initial success of our Cautious Managed Strategy,” said Rossouw, Co-Head of Quality.
Cable is a CFA charter holder and a chartered accountant. He graduated from the University of Cape Town with a Bachelor of Commerce and the University of Natal with a Bachelor of Commerce, Honours degree.
