Recent reports on Twitter show that a statue of Mahatma Gandhi has been defaced - adding to the recent spate of statue vandalism across South Africa.
Oh dear … Recent reports on Twitter show that a statue of Mahatma Gandhi has been defaced – adding to the recent spate of statue vandalism across South Africa. Apparently in this latest incident, which occurred on Sunday, a group of people threw buckets of white paint on the statue amid racist taunts.
