FT: Biden in big policy shift – allows Ukraine to hit Russia with long-range missiles
In a major policy shift, President Joe Biden has authorized Ukraine to launch strikes into Russia using U.S.-made ATACMS missiles, responding to North Korea's deployment of 12,000 troops to aid Russia. With Biden's term ending soon, the move could shape Ukraine's defence strategy, as future U.S. support under President-elect Trump remains uncertain.
