Even though the super entrepreneur from Pretoria left for North America soon after he matriculated, Musk still carries an SA passport and occasionally visits his Cape Town-based father Errol – confirming that despite bad press, he still retains some affection for the homeland. That's also enough for a nation badly seeking reflected glory…..and boy is that reflecting gloriously this morning.
