If I had a million rand lying around to give to charity, I think I would give it to Harambee. This "Youth Employment Accelerator" actually takes on the problem of youth unemployment in South Africa in a meaningful way. 

Millions of young South Africans are unemployed, and many of them may never find a job. Some of them are stuck in townships, too far from potential workplaces. Others don't know how to create a CV or handle a job interview. Some of them don't have an email address.
