DUBLIN — If you want to meet a man who is completely committed to his job, look no further than Morgan Stanley investment banker Michael Grimes. For years, the man has been driving an Uber in his spare time. Unlike most folks with a side hustle, Grimes wasn't trying to make ends meet. He was trying to understand the company so that one day he could handle its IPO. Apparently, Grimes has brought the same focus and single-minded determination to other tech IPOs Morgan Stanley has bid for, including Snap and Pandora. Whatever you may think of Uber or investment bankers, you have to be impressed by the man's dedication to his calling. – Felicity Duncan
