Turning those ‘business norms’ on its head

I was introduced to audible at the end of last year, the newest platform for spoken audio entertainment.

I began my journey with a book that most bosses would not want you to read, or in this case listen …  “It Doesn’t Have to Be Crazy at Work”.

It’s a fascinating journey with a US company called Basecamp, putting a 180-degree spin on many ‘business norms’.

Fakecations, presence prison and dreadlines are just a few things that should intrigue, and like one reviewer said; “It offers a clarion call from the future, ignore it at your peril.” A must listen.
