Fast forward to 2020 and one could argue that a global pandemic has forced one’s hand.

Those companies that refused to, or simply couldn’t adapt to the Fourth Industrial Revolution, have been found out.

And while it’s difficult to find a silver lining when the world is in turmoil, these changes have already reshaped the future of work.
