The best thing about being an entrepreneur is you never stop learning.
I’ve gotten my reminder these past few weeks after taking a deep dive back into our business. Re-learning all over again that there’s a fine line but big difference between delegating and abdicating.
The best entrepreneurs are those who see the big picture AND the detail. They don’t put things aside until fully understanding them. They never allow others to come between their business and customers. And they trust, but verify.
Refresher courses are vital in every business. It’s a bit like an entrepreneur’s equivalent of a Spring Clean. Lots of work. But as I’ve been finding once more, worth every drop of effort.
