Over the past few years I’ve watched with growing respect the impact our *CHO’s MasterMind Groups have had on the lives of its members. The process has been hugely successful in the US. Jeanette has applied it to great effect by facilitating small groups of people who meet regularly and share challenges and opportunities.
MasterMind groups remind me of the MBA Syndicates, where participants use the power of collaboration to benefit everyone involved. After watching the fun and practical success Jeanette and her group has after meeting remotely every week, I suggested she introduce them, in-person, to the wider BizNews Community.
She agreed and from March will be running the first in-person MasterMind groups in our conference room at the new BizNews HQ in Bryanston. Each group is intimate (eight people) meets weekly (mostly in person) and the programme is five months. Cost of the full course is R18 000.
It’s a significant commitment for participants, but from what I’ve seen, delivers handsome returns.
