SA unemployment crisis is now the WORST in the world. How will we create more jobs?

When you live in southern Africa, you can’t move in public places without being confronted by beggars. Shacks dominate towns and cities, further highlighting the depressing reality that most people are very, very poor and even most working people don’t earn enough to make life comfortable. Although the ANC pledged to improve circumstances for the vast majority of disadvantaged people, policies that have favoured an elite and corruption have undermined efforts. As the Centre for Development and Enterprise notes, South Africa now has the world’s most severe unemployment crisis. Economic growth holds the key to changing this picture, but tough decisions are needed by politicians who may risk falling out of favour among voters.
